Pathways To Your Future

The 10-week ‘Pathways To Your Future’ program focuses on providing students with planning strategies for transitioning to post-secondary opportunities including college, university, apprenticeships and the workplace. Guest speakers will share important resources for both youth & their parents.
Program Delivery Format Options:
100% ONLINE Virtual Synchronous Learning
100% IN-PERSON Learning
BLENDED (50% ONLINE/50% IN-PERSON)
*there may be flexibility for program delivery
90-minute sessions for students in Grades 9-12.

Registration:
Program Fee: $250.00 for 10wk, 90min/wk
At LDA-LR, we do not want our fees to act as a barrier to any family registering for our programs. During the intake and registration for program phase, our staff would be pleased to discuss with you the option of reducing or waiving fees.
If your child is new to our student programs please click on the button to complete the new client intake form. Please be prepared to include documents that are being requested throughout the form (assessment documentation, IEPs, report cards). We will contact you to discuss the programs and services you are interested in as well discuss any questions you may have.
